Consulting with Net Cubed Solutions starts at $150 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with a 1-hour minimum required for new customers.
Rates vary by complexity. Estimates can be provided upfront if a clearly defined scope of work is given. A 1-hour appointment may be required to discuss larger or more complex projects.
Work performed outside of normal business hours or on holidays is billed at a higher rate. Consulting on the following platforms carries an increased rate due to the advanced nature of the work:
— VMware
— Proxmox
— TrueNAS
— Ubiquiti
— On-prem hosting
Hours can be pre-purchased upon request. An account is required to do so — we'll request billing information, issue an invoice for the estimated hours, and credit them to your account upon receipt of payment. Pre-purchased hours are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Almost all consulting is done by appointment only.
Due to the nature of the work we perform, there is no warranty on hourly work. Each hour worked is billable regardless of the outcome.
While we will make recommendations on the level of effort required to implement a solution or resolve an issue, it is up to you to let us know if there is a cap on hours per engagement.
